6-Year-old killed by truck hauling caskets.

New-York- A truck hauling empty caskets struck and killed a 6-year-old boy on Dec 7, 2006, on a street near a delicatessen owned by his family. Police said.

It was around 2:30 in the afternoon and I had just crossed into Oklahoma from Arkansas on I-40 headed West when a blond in a blue Suburban passed me like I was sitting still. "Better slow down lady" I thought as she swerved over two lanes and hit the exit. Thank goodness she was off the interstate and slowing down. About that time I see the cop coming toward me slowing down as he hit the median to come over to the West bound side. "Go get her", I cheered. Imagine my surprise when he zips up behind me and hits his lights. What should I do now

Trial for trucker charged in deaths of students now sched...

MARION, Indiana A trial has been delayed for a trucker charged with causing a highway crash that killed a Taylor University employee and four students, including one who was misidentified for weeks. Robert F. Spencer, 38, of Canton Township, Michigan, near Detroit, is now scheduled to be tried beginning April 30, four days after the one-year anniversary of the crash.
